Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating skid steer loaders efficiently and safely across various construction projects. Your expertise will help ensure smooth site operations, precise material handling, and timely completion of tasks.

Duties

- Operate skid steer loaders with precision to perform tasks such as grading, loading, excavation, and material transport.
- Assist with site preparation by leveling ground, clearing debris, and managing materials efficiently.
- Support other heavy equipment operations including dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and paving machinery as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety standards are met and perform basic maintenance when necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols and construction site regulations to maintain a secure working environment.




- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and optimize workflow across multiple projects.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, inspections, and work completed for project documentation.

Requirements

- Proven experience operating skid steer loaders in a construction or industrial setting.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for transporting equipment or materials between sites.
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance routines for heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Prior experience with construction projects involving paving, grading, or site development is highly desirable.
