Overview

As a Skin Care Demo associate, you will showcase skincare products through live demonstrations, helping clients understand product benefits and proper application techniques. Your energetic and engaging approach will inspire confidence and excitement around our skincare offerings. This paid position emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and informative skincare product demonstrations tailored to each client’s needs
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper application techniques, including makeup application if applicable
- Assist with merchandising displays to create attractive product presentations that draw customer attention
- Upsell products effectively by understanding customer preferences and recommending suitable solutions
- Maintain organizational skills to keep demo areas clean, stocked,



and well-presented at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse clients
- Experience with retail sales
- Ability to perform product demos confidently
- Keep accurate inventory and place current orders when required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple demos and maintain displays efficiently
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques to attract customers and boost sales
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining genuine customer engagement
