Duties

- Assist with the preparation and clean-up of work sites, including clearing debris and organizing materials
- Support skilled tradespeople by handling basic tasks such as mixing materials, measuring, and transporting supplies
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Perform general maintenance duties, including minor repairs and inspections of equipment or structures
- Help with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed




- Contribute to project timelines by working efficiently and communicating effectively with team members

Experience

- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labour is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions with stamina and resilience
- Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in manual labour roles is advantageous
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn new skills and grow within the industry
- Must have drivers license and method of transportation
