Key Responsibilities

- Perform any manual labour (clean up, sweeping, packing materials, etc.)
- Organize construction work areas
- General construction maintenance
- All other duties assigned

Skills & Qualification Requirements:

- Physically fit, punctual, dependable and hardworking. Must be able to lift 30-50lbs
- Ability and willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Candidate must hold a valid drivers license




- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Great communication written and orally
- Carpentry skills will be considered an asset
