About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Skilled Landscape Construction Worker and Snow Removal Operator. This is a hands-on position that combines landscaping/hardscaping work during the construction season with snow removal operations in winter. Responsibilities – Landscape Construction
- Prepare surfaces for landscaping and hardscaping projects (pavers, retaining walls, etc.) by digging with shovels or excavating with a Bobcat/skid steer. Strong understanding of levels, grades, limits, edging, and designs is required.
- Install landscape materials including edging, landscape fabric, mulch, and decorative rocks.
- Assist technicians with building and installing landscapes and hardscapes by performing secondary and support tasks.
- Load, unload, and move materials from trucks and trailers.
- Clean and organize the job site at the end of each day; properly store and maintain tools.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance (greasing machines, filling diesel, etc.).
- Keep the shop and tools clean and organized.
Responsibilities – Snow Removal
- Perform snow removal on sidewalks, driveways, and other areas using snow shovels, Gravely sweepers, or Bobcat/skid steer.
- Prioritize safety at all times during all operations.
Schedule & Availability Requirements
- Available to start at 7:00 a.m. and work until 7:00 p.m. when needed.
- Willing and able to work 10- or 12-hour days as required and stay until the job is finished.
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays when weather (rain or other conditions) interrupts the regular schedule.
- Must have reliable personal transportation and provide your own PPE (steel-toe boots and gloves).
What We Look For
- Minimum 2 years of landscape construction experience working with sod, mulch, pavers, retaning walls.
- Skid steer/Bobcat experience preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate who is a quick learner.
- Knowledge of landscaping and hardscaping processes and materials (you will be assessed on this knowledge).
- Own reliable transportation.
- Robust desire to learn and improve every day — growth within the company is expected and will be rewarded.
- Positive attitude, cool-headed yet responsible and understanding demeanor. This role can be physically demanding and occasionally stressful due to weather and schedule fluctuations.

Pay: $22.00-$23.50 per hour
