The Layout
Carpenter position involves detailed blueprint analysis and precise execution of layout requirements. Ideal candidates possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience and a certified Journeyman Carpenter status. - Review and analyze construction drawings thoroughly
- Ensure layout tools and equipment are organized
- Continually monitor elevation and layout accuracy
- Document daily activities and project updates
- Supervise worksite cleanliness and organization Requirements:
- Certified Journeyman Carpenter or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years in layout carpentry roles
- Experience with high-rise and commercial projects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for layout preparations
