Niko Cosmetics is looking for highly motivated skincare demo person. You must love organic and natural skincare. You must be very outgoing, enthusiastic and excited to meet and greet clients in store like settings.

You will be required to visit several location in the area and must have access to a car. Your main objective is to provide skincare demonstrations in local stores. The role offers a unique prospect to engage with clients in a comfortable, one-on-one setting, offering the Muskoka Wild Harvest Collection.

Overview

As a Skincare Demo Specialist, you will showcase skincare products through engaging demonstrations, helping clients understand product benefits and application techniques. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage product displays, and support sales initiatives to enhance the overall client experience.

Duties

- Conduct professional and informative skincare product demonstrations tailored to individual client needs
- Engage clients with clear communication about product features, benefits, and proper application techniques.
- Assist with merchandising by organizing product displays and ensuring the presentation is attractive and inviting




- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Maintain organizational skills to keep the demonstration area clean, stocked, and well-presented
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and ensuring a positive experience during each interaction

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to coordinate demonstrations efficiently
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing product displays
- Ability to work independently in a store setting with minimal supervision
