Job Summary

Roseview Landscaping is seeking dedicated and hardworking Snow Removal Labourers/Operators to join our winter crew. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a team, and is ready to handle physically demanding outdoor work in winter conditions. Depending on experience and qualifications, this role can range from general labour to equipment operation.

Duties

- Perform snow and ice removal from driveways, walkways, parking lots, and other properties
- Shovel, salt, and de-ice designated areas by hand
- Operate snow removal equipment (plows, blowers, etc.) if qualified and experienced
- Load and unload equipment and materials as needed
- Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing basic checks to ensure optimal performance
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete routes efficiently and safely
- Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery and handling tools in winter/on-call conditions
- Respond promptly to call-outs during snow events, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Qualifications

- Previous experience in snow removal, landscaping, or related fields is preferred but not required




- Experience operating snow removal equipment is an asset — qualified candidates may be considered for an Operator role
- Ability to work outdoors in cold weather and challenging conditions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour, including shoveling and lifting
- Reliable and punctual, with flexibility to work irregular hours during winter storms
- Strong mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Must have a valid G class driver's license
