Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Handler to lead our digital storytelling and brand engagement across multiple platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop strategic campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to elevate our online presence. You will be responsible on how MADE is seen online.

That means building a content calendar people actually want to follow, growing our audience across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and much more, turning followers into booked appointments, you will be shaping the voice and visual identity of a luxury brand from an early stage.

What you'll do

- Build and run the monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
- Write captions, hooks, and copy that match MADE's tone: elevated, warm, and luxurious.
- Plan content around service launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and stylist spotlights.
- Manage the community — respond to DMs, comments, and booking questions.




- Coordinate with stylists and estheticians to capture before/afters and treatment content on the floor
- Track performance (reach, saves, shares, profile visits, click-throughs to booking) and report monthly on what's working.
- Stay on top of platform trends, audio, and format changes, and translate them into content that fits the brand.
- Manage collaborations with local creators and micro-influencers.
- Maintain and grow our Google Business Profile, including review responses.

What you bring
- 1+ years managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or business (beauty, wellness, fashion, or hospitality strongly preferred)
- A portfolio or set of accounts you can show.
- Strong writing skills and a good eye for photo and video.
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Centre, and YouTube Studio.
- Comfortable being on the floor in a busy salon, working around clients and appointments.
- Organized enough to keep a calendar and deliver on deadlines without being chased.

Nice to have
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Lightroom
- Familiarity with salon booking platforms
- Basic paid ads experience
- Existing relationships with beauty creators in the GTA.
