Milton Warehouse Outlet is a brand-new discount retail store bringing incredible deals on brand-name overstock, closeouts, liquidation, and everyday essentials. Our inventory changes constantly, which means there's always something exciting to share with our community.

We're looking for a creative, energetic, and social media-savvy individual who can help build our brand, grow our online presence, and showcase the amazing deals our customers can find every day.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management tools, and graphic design software. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our online presence and grow our brand through innovative campaigns and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

- Create engaging photo and video content in-store.
- Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Photograph new arrivals, featured products, and weekly deals.
- Plan and schedule social media content.
- Write engaging captions and respond to comments and messages.
- Promote weekly promotions, flash sales, and special events.
- Help organize giveaways, contests, and community engagement campaigns.




- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Work with the owner to develop marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and incorporate them into content.

Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Solid photography and video creation skills using a smartphone or camera.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Creative, organized, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable appearing in videos or directing others when needed.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Retail or marketing experience is an asset.
