We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to take ownership of client accounts and ensure consistent, structured execution.

This is a full-time position , best suited to someone who already has hands-on experience and can work independently.

What you'll be doing

- Communicating with clients to understand their goals and needs
- Turning that into a clear content plan
- Managing social media accounts (planning, coordination, publishing where needed)
- Creating content (posts, stories, reels structure) tailored to each client's target audience and tone
- Collaborating with the Ads specialist, sharing insights on what content performs best and what's worth boosting
- Tracking organic results (engagement, follower growth, reach) and adjusting content strategy accordingly




- Preparing monthly or campaign reports that are easy for clients to understand
- Communicating clearly what's working, what isn't, and what the next steps should be

What we're looking for:

- At least 1 year of proven hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Solid understanding of content strategy, audience behaviour, and organic reach metrics
- High level of independence and accountability
- Clear communication and reliable delivery of tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team alongside other specialists
