West End Psychological Services is currently looking to hire a part time Social Worker with training and experience providing couples therapy.

Our clinic is well established and located in the West End of Toronto (near High Park). We provide assessment and treatment services to adults, couples and adolescents. We are a dynamic and experienced team with a broad focus that includes specialization in work with marginalized populations and populations with complex presentations.

As such, we offer a supervision model, peer consultation, additional training opportunities and extensive clinical support. Our work environment is diverse, positive, supportive and team-oriented.

Our team is made up of fully qualified and qualifying Psychologists, Psychological Associates and Social Workers who have extensive experience in CBT as well as DBT, Motivational Interviewing and EFT. Our aim is to provide both excellent care to the community in which we work as well as specialized expertise in areas such as LGBTQ-informed care and evidence-based support for specific conditions such as Borderline Personality Disorder, psychosis, PTSD and concurrent disorders.



We provide weekly supervision and support for those completing their licensure requirements as well as weekly team meetings for all clinicians to discuss clinical issues.

We would welcome applicants with training and experience in:

Couples Therapy (EFT or Gottman)

Additional training in Comprehensive DBT and/or working with disability insurance providers and WSIB (particularly related to PTSD) is an asset.

Availability to work evenings and/or Saturdays is also an asset; otherwise, hours are flexible, and our pay rate is competitive.
