What You'll Be Working On

This is not an workplace where requirements are handed to you and you're asked to simply write code.

Developers are involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, including:

- Gathering requirements from business stakeholders
- Producing estimates and technical recommendations
- Designing solutions
- Building and testing applications
- Supporting implementations and enhancements
- Managing project timelines and priorities

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with teams across the business and see the direct impact of your work.

The environment includes large-scale SQL databases containing billions of rows of data and supports critical reporting and rebate management systems.



Existing applications are primarily VB.NET, but the team is very open to strong C#/.NET developers who are willing to learn and work with legacy technologies where required.

What We're Looking For

Developer II

- 3-5+ years of software development experience
- Strong .NET and SQL Server skills
- Experience working across both front-end and back-end development
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders

Developer III

- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong architecture and solution design capabilities
- Experience managing larger projects
- Ability to mentor junior developers
- Excellent business-facing communication skills
- Strong project ownership and stakeholder management experience
