Solution Architect – ServiceNow | Vancouver, BC | Onsite

We are hiring an expert-level ServiceNow Solution Architect with 10–15 years of experience to lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for a major enterprise/utility account.

Key Responsibilities

- Own ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and SecOps
- Define architecture, governance, integration strategy, data model and platform roadmap
- Lead CSDM/CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management/AIOps
- Design and govern ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, SLA and Major Incident
- Provide SecOps architecture covering Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response and security integrations
- Design enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and event integrations
- Guide developers and technical leads on scripting, Flow Designer, workflows, ATF and platform best practices
- Lead architectural reviews, upgrades, releases, technical debt remediation and platform optimization
- Work directly with customer stakeholders, architects, service owners and delivery leadership
- Support roadmap planning, governance, estimation, transition and delivery quality





Required Experience

- 10–15 years of IT experience
- Expert-level ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and SecOps
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and MID Server
- Strong knowledge of CSDM, CMDB governance, Discovery and Service Mapping
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise integration patterns
- Knowledge of ACLs, roles, security, Workspace/Service Portal and UI Builder
- Experience with ATF, upgrades, instance health, performance and release management
- Robust executive and customer-facing communication skills
- ITIL/ITSM governance and managed services experience preferred
- Utility, regulated enterprise or SaaS governance experience is a plus

Salary: $120,000–$130,000/year
