Job Title: Kinaxis Solutions Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering end-to-end Kinaxis implementations and possess strong expertise in supply chain planning processes. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Kinaxis solutions.
- Design solution architecture aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Configure and customize Kinaxis applications, including data models, workbooks, dashboards, and planning applications.
- Lead solution workshops and provide functional and technical guidance to project teams.
- Integrate Kinaxis with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.
- Develop and review solution design documents, technical specifications, and deployment strategies.
- Perform solution validation, testing, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
- Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, governance, and quality standards.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and effort estimation when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Experience leading multiple end-to-end Kinaxis implementation projects as a Solutions Architect or Lead Consultant.
- Robust understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Planning
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)
- Capacity Planning
- Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Strong data modeling and configuration experience within Kinaxis.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Kinaxis RapidResponse Certification(s).
- Experience with cloud-based supply chain planning solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and data integration tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven supply chain planning solutions is a plus.
