About Seer Innovations & The Role

Seer Innovations is at the vanguard of industrial data collection, surveys, and infrastructure defense. We are a project-driven, hardcore team of engineers and technicians who specialize in finishing. We are seeking a relentless, Client-Facing Solutions Engineer/Technician to spearhead our pipeline integrity and cathodic protection (CP) operations.

This role bridges the critical gap between field engineering execution and absolute client satisfaction. The successful candidate will assess client needs, identify strategic solutions, and drive those solutions across the finish line with help from the execution team. Our solutions team consists of highly communicative, technically elite professionals who dictate the pace of the industry by keeping abreast of the latest technologies and methodologies.

Core Responsibilities

- Maintain a continuously evolving knowledge base of the latest integrity and corrosion technologies to ensure we remain at the absolute edge of the industry.
- Rapidly diagnose complex client needs, advise authoritatively on active corrosion threats, and architect immediate, actionable steps forward.
- Deploy a high degree of technical communication and empathy to stay lockstep with clients, anticipating and addressing their needs in advance .
- Command a deep awareness of internal capabilities,



rapidly identifying the best resources and shifting strategies on the fly to deliver elite solutions for every category of client need.
- Monitor the health of active projects by assessing evolving technical requirements and maintaining transparent, direct communication with clients to guarantee maximum satisfaction.

The Required Arsenal
- A minimum of 2 years of field experience, backed by at least 5 years of overall experience in cathodic protection, pipeline integrity, or an adjacent field.
- AMPP CP3 certification minimum. CP4 preferred. P.Eng designation is a solid asset. Open to other technical certifications with the right candidate.
- An extreme degree of adaptability and comfort with emerging technologies, proprietary software, and modern operational systems.
- Proven ability to use AI tools as a force multiplier for data analytics and reporting, strictly backed by targeted, ironclad audits to guarantee technical accuracy and engineering safety.
- A proven track record of thriving in high-velocity work environments that demand rapid, uncompromising delivery.
- A pragmatic, execution-focused mindset capable of ruthlessly balancing resource allocation, core deliverable requirements, and value-add solutions.

Pay: $37.00-$45.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Edmonton, AB T6V 1N2
