The ideal candidate has approximately 3+ years of post-call experience in Canadian immigration law and has worked hands‑on with both student and work permit applications, as well as permanent residence pathways.This role will support a range of immigration matters, as well as supporting the team to build our legal technology, all while operating within BorderPass’ case management model.You will collaborate closely with other lawyers, operations teams, and product stakeholders, contributing practical immigration expertise while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.What You'll DoProvide legal review, strategy, and oversight on Canadian immigration matters, including work, study and permanent residence pathwaysReview and validate application materials prepared through the BorderPass platformCommunicate with clients to explain legal requirements, timelines, and next steps in clear,
