As a Senior Hotel Maintenance Technician, you'll report to the Maintenance Manager and oversee mechanical systems and general maintenance tasks throughout the hotel. Your strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on experience will ensure quick, effective responses to maintenance requests and emergencies while managing routine upkeep of guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues throughout the hotel
• Conduct inspections of building systems and property assets




• Complete drywall repairs, painting, and minor renovations
• Maintain accurate logs and repair records
Requirements:
• Journeyperson Certification in HVAC, Plumbing, or related trade
• Reside in Yellowknife or willingness to relocate
• Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairs
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
