Duties

- Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food service team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling waste to optimize kitchen efficiency




- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation for all menu items
- Serve as a leader during busy service hours, guiding team members to deliver excellent customer experiences

Experience

- Proven Sous Chef experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Demonstrated food safety knowledge and adherence to health regulations
- Previous restaurant management or team management experience preferred
- Extensive food industry experience with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Leadership skills that inspire teamwork and foster a positive work culture
- Familiarity with restaurant experience, including serving procedures and customer service standards

Pay: $60,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
