Located on the ground floor of a boutique hotel just steps from Trinity Bellwoods Park, Plush offers a thoughtfully designed space that feels just as inviting for a solo coffee as it does for late-night drinks.

Job Summary

We’re building a tight-knit kitchen team that’s passionate about exceptional food, hospitality, and a positive culture. You’ll be working directly under an established Executive Chef with years of industry experience - an incredible opportunity to sharpen your skills, expand your knowledge, and grow in a professional kitchen workplace. We’re seeking passionate line cooks eager to develop their culinary careers.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and stock your station with all necessary ingredients and tools to ensure smooth service
- Cook and plate menu items consistently, maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Work efficiently on the line, managing timing and multitasking during service
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe kitchen environment throughout your shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory tracking and proper storage of deliveries
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with FOH & BOH team members
- Participate in training and team meetings to improve skills and operations

Requirements

- Passion for culinary arts and a genuine desire to grow and develop your career
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but not required - we still want to meet you!
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a calm presence under pressure
- Team player mindset with a willingness to take direction and learn
- Valid Food Handler’s Certification required
