Seeking a bi-lingual sous chef to assist with all restaurants and banquets of a luxury hotel.
Qualifications
- must be fluent in French & English
- minimum 2 years in kitchen management in an upscale restaurant or hotel
- must be very driven and creative.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all daily operations of an intimate fine dining restaurant and pivot to an outdoor outlet during the summer season.
- Bring new ideas, knowledge and skills to continuously improve culinary practices and team performance.
- Participate in scheduling based on budgets, promote ongoing training and team development, and encourage teamwork within the kitchen and with other departments
