Responsibilities

- Provide a wide range of spa services including body waxing, nail care, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and hair styling with precision and care.
- Conduct qualified product demonstrations and educate guests on skincare, beauty products, and treatment benefits to enhance their experience.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by listening attentively to individual needs, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring comfort throughout each treatment.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols before, during, and after treatments to ensure guest safety.
- Engage in retail sales by upselling products and services that complement treatments, boosting revenue while enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting guests,



scheduling appointments, processing transactions, and handling inquiries with excellent communication skills.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas to uphold a pristine environment at all times.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar beauty or wellness role, with expertise in body waxing, nail care, makeup application, eyelash extensions, hair styling, and other spa treatments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with guests.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques to promote products confidently and professionally.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest service protocols within a hospitality or spa setting is preferred.
- Passion for the beauty industry with a proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and staying current on industry trends.
