We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage all guest reservations and appointment scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, confirm bookings, and direct calls appropriately
- Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions to guests
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes seamlessly while maintaining confidentiality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to uphold a welcoming setting
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Requirements





- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles, preferably within a hotel or spa setting
- Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of hotel or spa software systems is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable
