Duties

- Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and train spa staff to uphold service excellence and professionalism
- Coordinate appointment schedules, manage walk-in guests, and optimize treatment flow
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including payments for treatments and retail sales
- Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and proper sanitation procedures throughout the spa




- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to resolve issues and enhance their experience

Experience

- Proven background in hospitality or customer service roles within a wellness or spa environment
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and staff
- Experience with cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and transaction processing
- Knowledge of guest service best practices to create memorable experiences for clients
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
