Joining as the Salesforce Solution Architect as part of our Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will lead the delivery of ongoing business value by bridging strategy and technical execution. Partnering closely with business leaders, end users and delivery teams, you will lead uncovering unmet needs and be responsible for the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions that enable a outstanding user and client experience. Your expertise designing solutions addressing complex asset management workflows, coupled with a passion for working with cross functional team members to deliver high quality solutions with measurable business impact will serve as a foundation for success in this role. Our offices operate on a hybrid model with three days in-office.

What You Will Do
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

Lead the engagement with key stakeholders and end users to uncover unmet needs and understand pain points, synthesizing insights into clear opportunities for process improvement or new capabilities

Act as a trusted advisor, shaping outcomes through enablement and recommendations that improve the day‑to‑day end user experience while increasing productivity and driving adoption

Lead conversations with a business value first mindset, translating complex solution concepts into tailored end user workflows

Shaping Unmet Needs & Requirements

Lead solution design feasibility,



defining release scope and sequencing to align with business priorities while accounting for dependencies

Own the definition of clear, implementation‑ready requirements and acceptance criteria that accelerate development, and enable consistent high‑quality delivery

Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure solutions support complete end to end processes that provide business value and an exceptional end user experience

Solution Design & Architectural Thinking

Own the end‑to‑end solution design of scalable, secure, maintainable Salesforce solutions that enable business strategy and a positive end user experience

Apply architectural thinking to ensure solutions reduce rework, technical debt and downstream delivery risk

Lead hands‑on solution configuration, proof‑of‑concepts, and solution demonstrations to validate design decisions and de‑risk delivery

Enable Delivery & Execution Leadership

Lead solution delivery, working closely with cross functional team members to guide solution implementation and participate in testing to ensure delivery of consistently high‑quality solutions that provide an exceptional end user experience

Lead agile execution collaborating with project team members on overcoming roadblocks, establishing an environment for team members to do their best work





Lead the follow through of successful solution delivery, collaborating on the resolution of complex solution or data issues

Develop standards and best practices to accelerate future delivery

What You Bring

Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence across business and technical audiences, translating complex concepts into transparent designs and outcomes

8+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect designing scalable, secure solutions in regulated environments

Deep implementation‑based understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including configuration, advanced configuration, use of customization, data models, security models

Hands on Salesforce platform experience delivering cross‑cloud solutions across areas such as Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement, Third Party Apps

Institutional Asset Management domain experience, is an asset

Proven track record of continuous learning and leadership

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
