We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to support the design, development, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.

Core Requirements

- Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Candidates must provide the email address associated with their certifications for verification.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow SPM experience
- Robust understanding of the Project Management lifecycle and integration with ServiceNow SPM modules.
- Hands‑on experience designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms .
- Experience with Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications for automation and integration.
- Experience managing certificate inventory and related ServiceNow flows .
- Strong experience creating ServiceNow dashboards, reports, analytics,



and Performance Analytics .
- Experience configuring and developing SPM capabilities such as:
- Project Finance Management
- Resource Management
- Procurement Management
- Benefits Realization
- Strategic Planning
- Investment Funding
- Performance Analytics
- Experience gathering requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, developing POCs, testing solutions, and implementing enhancements.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
