Job Overview

M2 Property Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Specialty Commercial Cleaner for an upcoming commercial cleaning project.

The work will primarily involve overhead and high-level cleaning , including removing significant dust buildup from exposed pipes, light fixtures, and other overhead surfaces. The project will also involve detailed cleaning of stairwells, hard-to-reach areas, and other surfaces throughout the commercial unit.

This is a paid-per-job subcontractor position . You are responsible for your own transportation and standard cleaning equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

- Remove significant dust buildup from overhead pipes, light fixtures, beams, and other accessible overhead surfaces
- Perform high-level dusting and cleaning in areas with ceiling heights of up to approximately 15 ft.
- Use ladders, extension poles, high-reach dusting tools, vacuums, and other appropriate equipment
- Clean and detail two stairwell areas
- Clean difficult-to-reach areas and tight spaces
- Perform general detailed cleaning of specified areas within the commercial unit
- Complete a detailed wipe-down of a small elevated/rooftop area
- Protect surrounding furniture, equipment, flooring, and property while working
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
- Follow appropriate safety procedures when working at heights




- Communicate with M2 Property Services regarding access, safety concerns, or additional requirements
- Complete the assigned work within the agreed-upon timeframe

Qualifications

- Previous commercial, industrial, high-level, or specialty cleaning experience preferred
- Experience cleaning overhead pipes, beams, ceilings, or light fixtures is an asset
- Comfortable safely working at heights up to approximately 15 ft.
- Experience using ladders, extension poles, high-reach dusting equipment, or commercial vacuums
- Comfortable working in areas with significant dust buildup
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Own standard cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills

Compensation This is a paid-per-job subcontractor position .

Compensation will be discussed and agreed upon based on the scope of work, estimated duration, equipment requirements, and experience.

- We are looking for an experienced cleaner or small cleaning crew that can complete specialty commercial cleaning work to a high standard and is interested in establishing an ongoing working relationship with M2 Property Services.
