Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and customer service? We’re looking for Sales Representatives to support our clients’ sales programs while also assisting with inbound customer service, help desk, and back‑office operations. You’ll represent some of the world’s most recognizable brands, helping customers find the right solutions and delivering an exceptional experience with every interaction.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Use your training and product knowledge to answer questions and recommend suitable products and services.

Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues effectively.

Research internal systems to locate missing information and collaborate with other departments as needed.

Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately using company systems.

Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

Protect customer privacy by handling confidential information responsibly.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager.

Stay current by attending training sessions and reviewing updated materials.

Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to your work schedule.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS





Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent .

Strong communication skills —both written and verbal.

Ability to type 20+ words per minute with accuracy.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with Windows operating systems .

Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.

Skilled in problem‑solving, conflict resolution , and customer follow‑up.

A customer‑first mindset : empathetic, patient, and responsive.

Ability to multi‑task , stay organized, and work independently.

Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment .

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a qualified office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.



The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
