We are currently seeking a Private Client Administration Associate to join our Private Client Administration team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support with the utmost sense of urgency and exceptional accuracy on all Financial and Non‑Financial requests received from high net worth clientele. Areas of responsibility may include Debits/Credits, New Accounts, Estates, Transfers among other desks.
Responsibilities Ensure all requests are acted on in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
Handle fast‑paced and demanding tasks with request volumes in excess of $1M, expecting same‑day service.
Ensure all internal and custodian compliance procedures are adhered to.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with custodians and internal departments.
Resolve inquiries from internal departments efficiently and professionally.
Recognize potential issues and report to management immediately for escalation.
Assist in special projects and other Private Client desks as required.
Be flexible and willing to work overtime during specific times of the year (e.g., RSP season, quarter end).
Clearly communicate not‑in‑good‑order items to the PC Service team.




Qualifications Post‑secondary education.
Enrollment or completion of CSC and/or IFIC Operations course (asset).
Mutual Funds experience (asset).
2+ years of prior experience (asset).
Related industry courses (definite asset).
Ability to think outside the box and see the big picture.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Service‑oriented mindset.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Work Model and Compensation This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The work model requires employees to be onsite four days per week. Base salary range: $42,500 to $71,000. Eligible for participation in a bonus program.
