Responsibilities Supervise and provide guidance/assistance to project designers
Develop the most cost-effective total project solution for execution of the discipline design work
Develop estimates and schedules, staffing requirements, progress reports, including workforce forecasts
Establish, track, and monitor material key quantities; provide analysis and forecasts
Develop and review specifications, including design criteria
Participate in activities associated with equipment and material procurement, permitting, and subcontracting
Analyse and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organisation and/or project objectives and guidelines
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Accredited two (2) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twenty (20)
years of work‑related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twenty‑two (22) years if non‑degreed (some locations may have additional or different qualifications to comply with local requirements)
Ten (10) years’ experience in an EPC or EPCM environment
Mineral processing experience
Instrumentation field experience is preferred
Understanding of codes and governing regulations and industry practices
Understand and support other disciplines’ tasks and deliverables
MicroStation proficiency
SmartPlant Instrumentation experience an asset
Competent in English and possess good written and oral communication skills
Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e‑mail, spreadsheet and electronic presentation programs
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multi‑task between several projects
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time‑conscious and time‑effective manner

Salary based upon experience. Salary Range: $110,500.00 - $204,500.00.
