This role involves utilizing evidence-based practices to guide therapeutic programs. Strengthen communication pathways while ensuring all stakeholders are engaged in the treatment process. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer assessments for communication and swallowing disorders
- Educate families about speech-language diagnoses
- Collaborate on treatment strategies with team members
- Offer mentorship to students and staff
- Maintain compliant clinical documentation Requirements:
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
- Successfully completed BCAAN ADOS-2 course
- Experience in pediatric settings preferred
- Training in Motivational Interviewing an advantage
