We are looking for a Sr Business System Analyst to drive the end-to-end Agile delivery process for AI-enabled solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, Application Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will also leverage AI prompting techniques and cloud AI services to prototype and accelerate solution design.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Business/System Analysis skills with hands-on Agile/Scrum experience and a practical understanding of AI technologies .

Location: Open to candidates in Canada, Mexico, or other regions

Work Mode: Remote

Key Responsibilities

- Lead sprint planning, grooming, and refinement sessions and ensure the team follows the schedule.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders and turn them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the application architect to design feasible solutions and with developers to clarify technical details.
- Use AI prompting and cloud AI services to prototype or accelerate solution design.
- Coordinate with QA to define test cases and verify that delivered features meet quality standards.
- Keep product documentation up to date and communicate progress to the product manager.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis within an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies .
- Hands-on experience leading or facilitating Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities .
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria .
- Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams .
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompting techniques .




- Familiarity with Google Cloud AI and Microsoft AI services .
- Basic understanding of SDKs and ADKs for AI component integration.
- Experience delivering complex features within two-week sprint cycles .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with distributed and remote teams .

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in regulated industries , such as legal technology, compliance, financial services, or similar environments.
- Experience working with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms .
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled applications or products .
- Familiarity with cloud-based application development and AI integration.

Expected Compensation Range: Open Budget. The final compensation offered will be determined based on the candidate’s level of experience, skills, and qualifications , in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements.

Canadian Experience Requirement:

No Canadian work experience is required for this position. Candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of previous Canadian experience.
