Sr. Developer – IBM TRIRIGA | Vancouver, BC | Onsite

We are hiring a Senior IBM TRIRIGA Developer with 7–10 years of experience to support development, configuration, integrations, enhancements and application support across real estate and facilities management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements and BRDs into TRIRIGA technical designs and development tasks
- Develop and configure TRIRIGA solutions across Real Estate, Lease, Space, Facilities, Operations, Maintenance and Capital Projects
- Configure Data Modeler, Workflow Builder, Form Builder, Application Designer, queries, portals, navigation and security
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, integration objects, data loads, ETL and middleware
- Support data migration, data correction, validation and reporting activities
- Participate in development, unit testing, SIT/UAT, deployment and post-production support
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, reporting and data issues
- Prepare technical design documents, deployment steps, release notes and support documentation
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, technical leads, functional consultants and onsite/offshore teams
- Support production incidents, change requests and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience

- 7–10 years of IT development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA / IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities
- Experience with TRIRIGA implementation,



enhancement, upgrade, integration or application support
- Strong understanding of IWMS, real estate and facilities management processes
- Hands-on experience with Data Modeler, Workflow Builder, Form Builder, Application Designer, reports and security
- Experience with TRIRIGA integrations, data migration and interface troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle/DB2/SQL Server
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP, HTML/CSS and scripting
- Experience with BIRT or equivalent reporting tools
- Familiarity with WebSphere/Liberty, application logs, environments, patching and deployments
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jira or similar development/release tools
- Robust communication skills and ability to work independently with technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Skills

- IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite
- OpenShift and cloud/container deployment concepts
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Production support and ITIL-based incident/change management
- Performance troubleshooting and application server administration

Salary: $120,000–$130,000/year
