? Hiring: Senior Manager, Brand & Growth Marketing | Toronto – Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Brand & Growth Marketing to join a growing financial services organization. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who can bring together brand strategy, performance marketing and customer acquisition to drive measurable growth.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead integrated DTC acquisition and growth marketing campaigns
- Shape brand, go-to-market, media and creative strategy
- Own acquisition targets, KPIs and paid media performance
- Optimize conversion funnels and the digital customer journey
- Drive A/B testing and continuous performance improvement
- Manage agency partners, budgets and forecasting
- Turn customer and campaign data into actionable growth strategies

What we’re looking for:

- 7+ years across growth, digital, brand and DTC marketing
- Strong track record in customer acquisition and paid media
- Experience with attribution, funnel optimization and performance analytics




- Hands-on familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI and SEMrush
- Solid strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
- Financial services, fintech or online investing experience is an asset
