The Executive Director (ED) will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of NSVS' mandate in accordance with the vision, mission and strategic plan of the NSVS Board. The ED will be responsible for the supervision of 20 staff. This is a full time position working out of La Ronge and requires travel to all northern communities NSVS provides services to. The ED reports directly to the NSVS Board.DutiesCreate and maintain open lines of communications between staff, volunteers, the Board of Directors, RCMP, the Victims Services Branch and community agenciesManage staff, including recruiting, training, supervising,



evaluating performance and providing recognitionSupport the NSVS Board to carry out its governance functionsDevelop and maintain operational plans and budgetsProvide day to day administration such as maintaining operational policy, program evaluation, record keeping and information management systemsEnsure accountability throughout NSVS, including preparing required reportsAsses community needs and implement best practicesRequirementsMust be able to obtain and maintain an RCMP Enhanced Reliability Security ClearanceValid Class 5 Drivers License3-5 years of management experience (or combination of education and experience)Knowledge of legislation and regulations ( i.E.
