Hours of Work: 12-hour shifts

Rate of Pay: $37.604 to $39.020 per hour plus applicable shift premiums

We need a Registered Practical Nurse to join our Inpatient Surgical team! You will play a role in delivering exceptional patient care as part of a collaborative team. The Inpatient Surgery department makes a remarkable difference for patients and families across the South Georgian Bay region. As The Successful Applicant, You Will Do The Following

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients






• You will use supportive, therapeutic, palliative, and rehabilitative approaches to help patients achieve their optimal level of health.


• Provide care and support to patients and families


• Work in close collaboration with our interprofessional team to ensure protected, coordinated and high-quality care

What You’ll Bring

Required

• Registered with the College of Nurses as an RPN

Preferred

• Coronary Care 1 certification


• One year of applicable nursing experience


• Experience using Meditech Expanse
