As a Customs & Transportation Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating domestic and international transportation activities while ensuring the compliance of import and export documentation. You’ll collaborate with our customs broker, carriers, logistics team, operations, and procurement to ensure efficient, compliant, and well-structured processes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Prepare, validate, and ensure the compliance of import and export documents




- Collaborate with the customs broker, carriers, and internal teams
- Monitor applicable regulatory requirements
- Coordinate domestic, international, and special shipments according to deadlines and operational needs
- Track deliveries and manage unforeseen issues
- Implement and improve procedures related to transportation and customs compliance
- Monitor supplier performance metrics: costs, lead times, and quality
- Participate in cost analyses, requests for proposals, and logistics optimization initiatives
