SKILLS REQUIRED

- Solid experience as a Senior Technical Support Analyst with hands-on expertise in Pega applications.
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux, SQL, Dynatrace, and Elasticsearch for application support and troubleshooting.
- Experience in production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring .
- Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues while ensuring timely resolution of production incidents.
- Monitor application health and performance using Dynatrace and Elasticsearch .
- Experience with Pega application deployment, configuration, and support is preferred.
