AgeCare is seeking a dedicated Recreation Worker to create and execute meaningful recreation activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead creative recreation programs and activities
• Maintain supportive and engaging environments for all residents
• Observe and document resident participation and progress




• Support interdisciplinary teams in promoting engagement
• Assist in ongoing program evaluations for quality improvement
Requirements:
• Preferably experienced with seniors in long-term care
• Post-secondary education in recreation or therapeutic fields
• Skills in planning and facilitating engaging wellness activities
• Ability to perform assessment and documentation tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
