As an Equipment Operator, you will take guidance from site leadership and ensure compliance with safety regulations while efficiently operating various types of heavy equipment. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a commitment to safety and teamwork within an active construction setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure operations prioritize safety and quality
• Efficiently operate loaders, excavators, and more
• Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks




• Follow site plans and collaborate with construction teams
• Keep documentation of maintenance and inspections up to date
Requirements:
• Certification for operating heavy equipment
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Valid Class G or AZ driver’s license is preferred
• Background in powerline or utility infrastructure is a plus
• Strong ability to read operating manuals and plans
