Mistplay is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design and optimization of our rewards economy. You will develop and balance reward systems, ensuring value for users while maintaining cost-effectiveness, and closely collaborating with the Data and AI organization.
You will drive real-time predictive modeling, contextual bandits and RL frameworks to personalize rewards and optimize the core loop. This role balances complex variables for max player value and business performance.
