Role Description The Stock Associate (Call It Spring) is a part time, on-site role based in Burlington, ON. This role is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise in the stockroom, ensuring accurate labeling and placement of products.

The Stock

Associate maintains inventory accuracy, supports stockroom cleanliness and safety standards, and prepares items for quick replenishment to the sales floor. This role also assists with shipping and receiving procedures,



supports retail loss prevention efforts by following company policies, and may help team members locate products to support customer service on the sales floor.

Associate works closely with store leadership and colleagues to maintain efficient operations and contribute to a positive store environment.

Qualifications

- Strong inventory-related skills, including Inventory Control and experience with Shipping & Receiving.
- Awareness of and adherence to Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect company assets.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and support a positive in-store experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying boxes, and organizing stock for extended periods.
- Previous retail or stockroom experience is an asset.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow established processes and procedures.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
