Walmar is seeking a backroom and salesfloor associate to support leadership of unloading and backroom processes. You will help respond to issues, train associates, and ensure high customer service while completing tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities include coordinating priorities with coaches, maintaining presentation quality, leading daily huddles, securing high-ticket merchandise, and assisting with safety audits. This role starts at a minimum hourly rate with growth potential.
