Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to showcase benefits and drive sales.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.
- Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining a tidy store setting.
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication.
- Support inventory management through stock checks,



product organization, and record keeping to ensure optimal store presentation.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with basic math for cash handling, POS systems, and transaction processing.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise, and organizing displays.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management.
- Experience with technology sales or product demos is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
