This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful project execution.A Day in the Life:Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CE solutions based on client requirementsEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practicesProvide technical guidance and expertise to project teams and clientsOversee the development of technical specifications and solution documentationManage the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CE projectsDevelop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines,



and resource allocationMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and budgetsIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesBuild and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholdersConduct workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirementsProvide regular project updates and status reports to clientsLead and mentor a team of Dynamics 365 CE consultants, developers, and testersFoster a collaborative and high-performance team environmentEnsure team members have the necessary skills and training to deliver successful projectsEnsure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectationsConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesImplement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution deliveryProvide training and support to clients during and after implementationWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
