This role offers the opportunity to act for acourt officer on a large-scale, complex real estate matter valued at approximately $1 billion, requiring sound judgment, technical expertise, and the ability to manage high-value transactions with precision and efficiency.You will work closely with senior counsel on all aspects of the transaction lifecycle — fromstructuring and due diligence to closing and implementation— while managing discrete workstreams independently in afast-paced and dynamic environment .Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, negotiate, and manage agreements for theacquisition, sale, and financingof commercial, industrial, and development properties.Conduct and supervisedue diligence, including title and off-title searches, corporate and zoning reviews, and related transactional analysis.Prepare and reviewclosing documentation, statements of adjustments, and conveyancing materials .Advisecourt officers and institutional clientson complex real estate,
