Contribute to risk and compliance initiatives at Great Canadian Entertainment as an Analyst focused on compliance programs. Address regulatory standards and support the Enterprise Risk Manager in developing a robust compliance culture.
In this position, you will assist in facilitating organizational risk assessments and enhancing the maturity of compliance programs. Key contributions include developing training materials, managing compliance audits, and utilizing GRC platforms for risk and control documentation. Your role is integral to establishing a positive compliance setting across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support risk assessments and compliance initiatives organization-wide
• Contribute to the development of compliance program resources
• Use GRC tools for tracking compliance and risk information




• Assist in preparing for audits and follow-up actions
• Create and distribute compliance training materials and resources
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in related fields
• 2 years of relevant compliance or risk management experience
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Expertise in MS Office and intermediate data visualization
• Understanding of gaming compliance processes is an asset
