Raven Truck Accessories is a proudly Alberta-owned retailer serving the aftermarket truck and Jeep accessory market since 1977. With six stores across the province, we help customers find practical accessories for work trucks, daily drivers, off-road builds and everything in between.

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Edmonton South location. This role is suited to a hands-on leader with automotive or truck accessory knowledge, strong sales experience and the ability to support both customers and staff in a busy retail environment.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, coach and support the Edmonton South sales and installation teams
- Oversee daily store operations, scheduling and workflow
- Set sales goals and help the team achieve store targets
- Build strong relationships with retail, commercial and fleet customers
- Recommend truck accessories, suspension, tires and related products
- Ensure customer inquiries, quotes and orders receive timely follow-up
- Monitor inventory and help maintain appropriate stock levels
- Coordinate sales and installation schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized and qualified store environment
- Address customer concerns and help resolve issues
- Keep staff informed about products, promotions and new arrivals
- Complete store reporting and administrative tasks accurately

What You Bring




- Previous retail management or automotive management experience
- Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills
- A proven background in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of truck accessories, suspension systems, wheels and tires
- The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- A self-motivated, hands-on approach to store leadership
- Experience in the truck accessory, automotive or off-road industry is an asset
