MUST HAVE ATLEAST 6 MONTHS OF MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Manager to join our agile food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry who enjoy providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, cashiering, and restaurant operations while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order fulfillment
- Support team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction

Experience

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant environment,



or food industry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is advantageous
- Experience with cashiering, POS systems (including Micros POS), and cash handling is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, giving correct change, and managing orders accurately
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and kitchen safety protocols is desirable
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
