Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, merchandising, and administrative functions
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Manage payroll processing, budgeting, and financial reporting to meet store targets
- Oversee inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to optimize sales opportunities
- Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and cash handling procedures
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting purposes




- Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers through phone etiquette and organizational skills

Experience

- Proven supervising or managerial experience in retail or related environments
- Strong background in retail sales, merchandising, and store management practices
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, team management, and leadership development
- Experience with payroll administration, bookkeeping, and budgeting processes
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with POS systems, purchasing procedures, pricing strategies, and cash handling protocols
- Exceptional organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently
